This is an early 16"x20" painting done circa 1955. I, like many other budding artists, was impressed by the Group of Seven and this acrylic reflects this interest. It has been digitally enhanced. It is one of 2 paintings on the board. The Parliament buildings in Ottawa are on the back.
I am a graphic designer, artist and commercial illustrator from the "old school". I have tons of early works that are now on the market and many more in the "file cabinet" that I hope to bring to light soon. I'm really enjoying the move over to digital programs and marveling at the new life it gives to some of my old drawings and paintings.
