One if the earliest native groups to colonize the northeast coast as the Laurentide Glacier moved north was the Red Paint People, identified by the red ocher used in their graves. This depiction is an upcycled illustration from the late 1800s.
I am a graphic designer, artist and commercial illustrator from the "old school". I have tons of early works that are now on the market and many more in the "file cabinet" that I hope to bring to light soon. I'm really enjoying the move over to digital programs and marveling at the new life it gives to some of my old drawings and paintings.
